Shipping policy
2.1 Ownership of the products transfers to the customer once full payment has been made.
2.2 The delivery date is the day the product arrives at the customer according to the shipment’s tracking number.
2.3 The risk for the product transfers to the customer upon receipt of the product on the delivery date.
2.4 The shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart and is based on the delivery address provided by the customer.
2.5 The indicated delivery time in the shopping cart is an estimate and may differ from the actual delivery time. No compensation will be provided for discrepancies.
2.6 If the customer chooses not to collect the ordered shipment, the customer will be charged for the corresponding shipping cost (both ways) without any additional fees.
2.7 If your product/shipment is damaged during transport, please report the incident to customer service within two (2) working days of receipt and within seven (7) working days for hidden damages. Current contact information for our customer service can be found on our website. Failure to report shipping damage or hidden defects within the time limit will result in the cost of the product not being reimbursed.
2.8 When you shop with us as a business, you do not have a right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal only applies between private individuals and businesses.
